Apollonia Helm (who was recently certfied as a CrossFit trainer and is also a CrossFit-certified gymnastics coach) will be teaching this class: come take advantage of her superior OLY and Gymnastics skills.

worked on my clean form with fairly light weight. Catch felt a lot better, but I still have a long way to go. Afterward I did 5 rounds:
1k row
8 pull-ups
16 push-ups
32 lunges
29:37 didn't push all that hard, but still a good little work out none the less
