Litinov Kettlebell Snatch
Poor (wo)man's reverse hyper. Not sure if this is a good idea. Could add weight by holding dumbbell between feet.
THIS might be a better idea.
WOD 091205
3 Rounds Max Rep Kettlebell Swings 2.25P/1.75P
Followed by:
Every minute on the minute until failure:
5 Kettlebell Snatch Left 2P/1.5P
5 Kettlebell Snatch Right 2P/1.5P
Sprint 100 meters

CF Sweatshop workout:
5 rounds:
Run 1K
8 pull ups
16 push ups
32 squats
28:00RX (Though I think it a few seconds less technically given my distance behind a guy that clocked in at 27:53)
Was fun to go out there and compete against other CF'ers. My pull ups are a real bugger especially during WODs. The pushups also caused problems. More work to do I guess :o)
12pm WOD
KB ME - 15-15-12 - 2.5 pood
0 rounds at 2 pood
1 round at 1.5 pood
I think i'm tired from the throwdown and this week's workout schedule. My left is significantly weaker than my right arm at KB Snatches.
Max KB Swings 1.5P: 12-15-20
Litinov KB Snatch: FAIL
I couldn't even complete the 1st round with 1P.
