If you cannot do a pull-up sub 20 kettlebell swings with the heaviest weight you can swing to overhead.

7x5 back squats @165#
cindy 20+5 pull-ups. About a round less than my last attempt, but more range of motion. A little tough 10 minutes after doing heavy squats
5+1 pullup.
First time doing pullups in a WOD, so huge improvement in pullup ROM, but I'm still peeling too much on my pushups.
9+2 squats. Need to improve pushups
14 + pullups - not quite the 15 I wanted, but still a PR. Damn pushups.
19 + 4 pushups.
As usual with Cindy, pushups were the limiting factor. A good first full workout for my knee...still a little sore, but much better. Free plug for Ed - one session with the man got things working again in a hurry. Foam/lacrosse ball-rolling will become a nightly mainstay from now on.
15 rounds + 3 squats
The push-ups always own me on this one.
11 rounds RX, full ROM on everything. Last attempt was just over 7 rounds, full ROM. Everything this time was much stronger, but faster pushups will make a huge difference.
15 rds + 5 pull-up Rx.
Retardedly perfect ROM on every rep.
12 rounds + 4 pull-ups
Perfect pushups are a major roadblock.
