Test Pilot WOD: 14 rounds
WOD: 19+5 pull-ups. Hard to say if this is harder than cindy or not. What I do know is that this is the second day of the week that I have done cindyesque workout after doing heavy squats, probably not smart
Front Squat 5x5:
220-220-225F x 2 (Dropped the bar)-225-225
Then, WOD from Sunday 12/6/2009:
Run 400m/Row 500m
50 Double Unders
12 Push Press/Jerk 155#
22:20 Sc - 135# used instead.
