Run 200 Meters
"KettleBear" 1.5/1.0P
The "KettleBear": without putting down the Kettlebell, perform:
Deadlift left
Clean left
Front Squat left
Push-Jerk left
Overhead Squat left
Deadlift right
Clean right
Front Squat right
Push Jerk right
Overhead squat right
That is ONE rep. A momentary touch on the second DL is acceptable. Resting the KB on the floor is a miss, and the rep must be repeated.

22:??sc been fighting off a sinus infection and dislocated my shoulder during round 6 or 7 so had to switch to a lighter kettle bell. probably should have shut it down but oh well, add it to my list of injuries. I'm hopeful that the next 4 days in vegas will heal all. viva las vegas baby
