Are We still @ 5:30 and 6:30 on Thursday night?
6/7 Thursdays.
Not sure if it's just me, but there is no content at all in the right sidebar for me in IE, and the only sections that show up in the left side bar are: Facility/about and Contact/location.
HSPU at that volume will be quite rewarding...

I have a similar problem as Rebecca on IE. The stuff on the right sidebar as pushed over to the left toward the middle section, but I think I see everything on the left. I don't have this problem when using Google Chrome though.
Please use an alternate browser (FF, Chrome, Safari) while I work on fixing the ie problem. Clearly, ie sucks.
I cleared my cache like you told me Max and I still can't see the right side bar.

I know this prob. wasn't exactly the scaling that you intended, but I found it winding and the DLs felt heavy after the rowing. Was tough (for me)
Shoot... was it 15:12 Sc? Don't remember how many seconds.
HSPUs were scaled to using a 20" box. Got some kipping HSPUs but felt weird in my wrist... HSPUs and the handstand are two skills that definitely need some work :o)
14:55RX my hspu felt good. later part of the second set of dl and the third set my back was very rounded which is something i really need to work on. Lower back is really feeling it right now
13:30 scaled: 90# deadlifts and modified HSPU using 20" box
This was my first group class, and the workout felt good. The 90# deadlift felt just right, and my last 400m run felt twice as slow as the first two rounds. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow... I'm pretty sure I'm gonna feel it in the glutes, hams, and quads.

DLs felt heavy today.

Scaled at 500 m row, 15 straight leg DLs (245#), 12 HSPU
That was harder than I was anticipating, DNF in 20 min, 2 rounds plus 4 HSPU.
16:30 scaled 135# DLs and HSPU on Box. Did better not curving my back on DL's.
finished right at the 20 min marker give or take a few seconds. had to scale the deadlifts and only did 235 x 12, 235 x 10, 185 x 15 but the other exercises as RX'd. I'm not sure if it's just b/c I don't have a very strong deadlift but my back is on fire and those dl's seemed disproportionately heavy in that workout. feelin' it... tomorrow just got declared a rest day ;)
I did this RX and it was the toughest workout I have done in a while. Things that aren't a problem like HSPU and 185#DL become very difficult when you are winded. I DNFed at 20 min, but finished anyway, about 26 min. My back is gonna be sore tomorrow.
