aye yae yae well at least you can do all thirty Raf! going to be a challenge to do one! seeing the WOD the day of always gives me anxiety . . . .

Just wanted to give a big shout out to all you CFEB'rs. Y'all are looking REALLY good! Guess Max does know what he's doing afterall... ;-) Keep up the great work!

24 MUs in 25 minutes, 3 consecutive from a straight arm hang.

Not quite rx'd, but I made a significant improvement from last time. Last time we did this I got 8 MUs in about 20 minutes of effort and then finished with 80 pullups/ring dips. All that coaching on keeping my elbows tight and pushing my chest through finally clicked. I really thought I would get all 30, but I just hit a wall after 24 and failed a number of times...still pretty psyched.

DNF - 8 ugly bar M-U in 45 minutes.
