A bit to sick for the WOD today. I'll make this one up... Just like the last one :oP
Twins did it early
Doron: 165 throughout
Shaul: 135 throughout
I've been transitioning to High-bar squats since I discovered, after my last strength cycle, that Low-bar squats reinforce my bad habits across several movements, particularly the Oly lifts.
As such, I just did 135 across tonight, which I think was just about right. Starting to get the hang of the new form.
Daniel - high bar is where it's at! Gita and Polly gave me some great guidance on form. Very helpful in getting the concept of an upright squat.
wasn't sure where to start so went with bodyweight(185).. probably a little light but still pretty sore today b/c no weight bearing exercise in a week. just back from hiking the grand canyon ;)which was much easier from our workouts!! love CF.

DNF - This Max effort workout crushed me. I think 220#/225# would have been better.
