CrossFit East Bay WOD @ GWPC 091224
5PM ONLY! GYM CLOSES AT 6!
On the first day of Christmas CrossFit gave to us.....
1 - Muscle-up
2 - HSPU
3 - Dead-hang pull-ups
4 - Jumping squats
5 - Burpees
6 - Push-ups
7 - Toes to bar
8 - Forward rolls
9 - Double Unders
10 - KB Snatch 1.5pd / 1pd
11 - Box jumps
12 - Virtual snow shoveling 45# plate/25# plate (24"barrier)
Gym will be closed Christmas and the 26th. Rest up.

Went to the wrong facility :oP Go figure!

4:42-5:23-7:00-7:10 RX (Chin to Bar)
DNF in 25 minutes (as they shut down the gym). Made it about halfway through the 11th day.
Really fun and surprisingly challenging. I hope we'll do this again next year.
Also DNF in 25 minutes - got through 10 snatches down through 8 forward rolls.
In the pre-workout warmup i managed to get 3 consecutive right footed single skips. A major achievement for my weak side.
Also, even though I didn't make it that far in the WOD, before the WOD I discovered that I could successfully jump, unassisted, to a pile of weights about 16"(?) or so (2 fuzzy 45, 1 smooth 45, and 1 25# plate). Pretty darn cool!
Definitely thought this was a fun workout - though i really hated the forward rolls - they made me excruciatingly dizzy.
