I am glad my fitness suggestions are finally being taken seriously around here. Just the other day, I was recommending barbell curls. Arnold's cheating barbell curls are even better!

This is a way to get people to take it easy and should be an amusing diversion. I doubt we will repeat this.

By the way if Arnold knew how to clean he would have been world-class: that is one crazy "curl"!!

I didn't understand what restorative meant so i googled it. The results were:
