The deadlifts felt good. I started getting fatigued in the push press. Nausea kicked in during the warm ups and throughout the entire WOD. Still recovering from NYE. Lesson learned.

Felt great about this, as before the Norcal Qualifier, I was 17 pounds heavier and could not do a 165 jerk even once in a metcon. Huge progress.
