5:48 RX.
The deadlifts felt good. I started getting fatigued in the push press. Nausea kicked in during the warm ups and throughout the entire WOD. Still recovering from NYE. Lesson learned.

Felt great about this, as before the Norcal Qualifier, I was 17 pounds heavier and could not do a 165 jerk even once in a metcon. Huge progress.

Hi everyone. Great visiting y'all. I thought I'd do this at 225/95 but Max made me do it at 225/115, which was ok.

Mobility (standard)
2 minute handstand hold x 2 attempts
1 minute planks all front, left, back, right
10 squat hip-forward bend

WOD:

6 Rounds
25 push ups
25 V-Ups
25 jump squats

9:38, scaled to 255/115

CB WOD 1 time: 24:40RX

13:21 rx... Max may have edged me out on time, but I still felt pretty good about it.

finisher: 50 burpees, ~3:11
