I would like to point out that it is Daniel, not I, who is perscribing 250 swings and 125 pull-ups. Via con Dios.

Was wondering why CFEB focuses on kettlebell work? Thanks.

46:16 RX palms a hurtin' I don't think CFEB does focus on kettlebell work, although I can see why today's WOD might leave a false impression

CFEB focuses on kettlebell work because that is what paleolithic man used in his WODs, and we are always trying to be true to our paleo heritage. Hope this helps.

fyi i'm probably driving to tahoe tuesday morning for a day trip, supposed to be about a foot of fresh powder. Most likely going to Northstar or sierra and I would be happy to let anyone hitch a ride
