Was wondering why CFEB focuses on kettlebell work? Thanks.

46:16 RX palms a hurtin' I don't think CFEB does focus on kettlebell work, although I can see why today's WOD might leave a false impression

CFEB focuses on kettlebell work because that is what paleolithic man used in his WODs, and we are always trying to be true to our paleo heritage. Hope this helps.
