Run 400 Meters
30 Overhead Squats 135/95
Run 400 Meters
Run an additional 400 meters each time you reach failure on the OHS.

There is an incentive in this workout to scale to the minimum amount of failure. It would be interesting to see what people actually do-take the pain or game their way out of it.

I think I'm gona try this on my own.
Questions:
1) Does "reach failure" mean every time you set the bar down, or is is just if you take on a set that's too big for you to handle?
2) Also, do you run the 400 penalty right then when you fail, or are we running one big chunk at the end?

60# with 1600 meters run
I did my own version.
I subbed 30 X 1.5pod kettle swings for the 400 meter run.
My over head squats went like -
135lbs. X 5-7-5-7-6
(Which yielded 180 swings to go along with it.)
(Oh and I did my own version cause I 'm lame.)
