Run 400 meters
21 Front Squat 95/65

post number of rounds and partial FS rounds to comments.

Games Competitors (no scaling):

3 rounds:
Run 800 meters
15 Overhead Squat 135/95

20 minute limit

If above is completed under limit:

Rest 20 minutes

Max rep unbroken kettlebell swings 1.5/1.0P. Set is finished when kettlebell stops moving.

WOD #1: 4 rounds Rx in 15 minutes.
Had to leave early to catch Bart.

hehehe... The music was quite epic... makes me think it's a Chinese Weightlifting Propaganda video :o)

They look pretty solid as lifters. That's what you get when your society actually cares about your sport.
