First time doing the WOD on my own.
26 min, but ran .75 miles each round rather than 800 meters because I couldn't get the treadmill to show me km and can't do higher math (higher than I can count on my fingers) once I've started exercising. eh. also 3x5 135# CJ.

16:00 even. Nice race for second place with Chuck.
