first time back and OH MY GOD did i feel this one. Had to break up the pullups even...9?!! i can't do 9 unbroken now?
Doron - aerobic deconditioning is a bitch. A well conditioned athlete will lose 50% of capacity above baseline in six months. A novice will lose 100% of capacity and be back AT baseline (sedentary) in three months. You, no doubt fall somewhere in the middle.
