474 pound ugly one-hand deadlift!


WOD 101026

Weighted feet elevated ring push-ups 10-10-10

Standards: set up on a box where your feet are higher up than the bottom of the rings. From full lockout at the top lower yourself to a point where your chest touches your hands. Push back to full lockout, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your elbows completely locked.

Followed by:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max Rep Push-Ups

Post reps to comments.

Games Competitors:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max Rep HSPU
Max Rep Push-Ups

Post reps to comments.

125 total push-up + HSPU to qualify.

Rest 15 minutes

100 burpees to 12" target overhead

Do not do if you have not qualified, as above

So, what is the goal for this workout then? Most push-up reps, most rounds or least rounds? If it is more rounds, then wouldn't you just do one push up and then run? Least rounds is a bit strange. most reps seems to make the most sense.

The score is reps (ie, total pushups).

10-10-10 20# weighted declined push-ups

137 push-ups+25hspu for the actual workout. Last few rounds I didn't even attempt hspu, which is kinda cheating, but i wanted to get over 125.

9:06 for the 100 burpees at about 14.5" (measured afterward). sucked pretty bad, thanks Eric for suffering with me
