26 knee push-ups, scaled: 1.0 pood
47 push-ups 2.0 pood, Fun wod, my shoulder seems to be getting alot better, Max pull-ups tomorrow will be the real test.

I got one HSPU during the warm up (the first since I busted my left wrist, yay!)but could not get them done in the wod so after the first round I did push ups.
Score: 33 push ups

Score: 25 shallow HSPU's (head almost to yoga block on medium height)
