There was a double-post of today's workout, and in attempting to clean that up I accidentally deleted the wrong one, losing four comments. I'm very sorry about this.
20:30 something Rx
My legs were not ready for this and neither were my arms.
Also, I need to work on my dead-hang pull-ups. What I did today was weak.
19:10 Rx
I was slow on the pull-ups.
25:something- wound up adding a little kip to the pull ups. squats were fine, the pullups took forever.
15:42 rx. Those deadhangs got tough, but I stuck with them. Had a weird kink in one knee, but it wasn't too much trouble.
