I've had two rest days in a row. Look forward to trying this. Hope not to die of suffocation. :-))

bad pull-up day. could only string together 4 or 5 at a time.

18:00 SC (145# on power cleans, C2B). Lousy form to boot.

95#/C2B pulls ups: 22:01
