Daniel looks short!

Max,,,are you still taking orders for CFEB t shirts?

Andi looks great. Unfortunately, I cannot come up with a good explanation for whatever it is I'M doing in that picture.

Daniel: It looks like you are balancing the bar on your head! Just claim that you were trying an old-timey strongman lift and nobody will question it.

This morning:
115-125-135-145-155
practice at a lower weight helped clean up my form and I went up 20# from last time I tried this.

225 - 245 - 265 - 275 - 275

Somewhat surprising (but also gratifying) considering that last week I could barely get 145lbs off of the ground. Perhaps I was overtrained.
