5 C2B Pull-ups
10 Clap Push-ups
15 Jump Squats

20 rounds to qualify.

If qualified:

rest 10 minutes

15RX+ clapping push-ups were a big problem

30 deadlifts @ 225 1:02

14+9 pushups, nearly got the 15 rounds that has been a goal for over a year now.
