50 C2B pull-ups
75 push-ups
150 squats
Run 2 miles
50 C2B pull-ups
75 push-ups
150 squats

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups and squats however you want. If you have a 20 pound weight vest or body armor, wear it.

are there enough weight vests at gwpc or should i buy one?

Joe - you should buy one - a fancy one is not needed since we do this infrequently.

49:17RX with a 20# weight vest. Contrary to some peoples belief, the weight vest proved to be a big problem. Lucky for me not as big of a problem as your keys being lost into a dark parallel dimension...sorry Alex

My right elbow is not liking all those pushups, then my legs cramped up as I was running to catch Bart.

I guess it's easier than Murph, but my first 2-3 sets after the run were slow and painful, as those muscles had all gotten pretty stiff.
