Deadlift 5-5-5

Press 5-5-5

3 rounds for max effort:
Max Rep Ring Dip;
if you can do more than 10, add weight.

1k row 1:30 not fun

AJ - nice work on the row. Pretty sure that is a world record by at least a minute.

Just cos Max asked so nicely:
Deadlift: 225-245-265
felt like I coud have gone heavier, but still cautious with this one

press: 95-115-125(x4)

ring dips: 5-4-7

dl: 245-295-315
press: 95-115-120(x1)
ring dips: 7-6-7

Nina refuses to post until she gets better.

burpees: 30

deadlifts: 183-193-215-245(x1)
press: 70-75(x3)-75(x2)
ring dips: i don't know...

DL: 125-135-150
Press: 45-50-55 (2x-failed)
Ring Dip w/ green band:

and...20 punitive burpees

I suck at deadlifts, so I'll spare you the embarassing details.

Presses: 78-83(x3)-78

Didn't even realize we were suppose to do ring dips.

did this Sunday to catch up. 125/135/135 5 reps each. DL 245/275/275 5 reps each (felt best it ever has at 275 for me) so that was good.
