Beautiful full extension Nina. You look strong, fierce and beautiful in my opinion. A bit to much NaST however.
30:40: double unders, 95# power clean. First time I have ever done double-unders in a workout. First time I have ever cleaned 95#. I made that face above the whole time.

My knees have really been achy and unhappy for the past week or two, so i Rowed 1000m (4:40 -steady 2:20/500 pace), went straight to the cleans from the rower - did 30 60# cleans in 8:00 min or so - including time to increase weight from 50 to 60, try to find clips, change into weight lifiting shoes, etc. not my most intense workout, but the last time I tried it, 65# was my 1RM for cleans and 60# was my 3rm - so 30 60# cleans is kinda exciting. i tried doing single unders but my knees forced me to stop around 160 or so. Form was better than it used to be, but still only so-so.

Double-unders make my pants slip so I kept pulling them up. Cleans were real slow today and I went heavier than initially intended.
