Here's the WOD for the CrossFit Oakland Throwdown on Saturday:

"Here's the workout for the Throwdown taking place this Saturday, Feb 20 at 11am. Spread the word!

4 Rounds, 2.5 Minutes Each:
Run 200m
10 Thrusters @ 135#/95#
Max Burpees

1 minute rest between rounds. Scored by total number of burpees."

Wow. I can tell you my score right now.

Lost a lot of time on that last set of shoulder to overhead. Really liked this WOD, though.

Trying to alternate Smolov Jr for back squats with the WODs. Perhaps I will do the 18-Feb WOD on 19-Feb.
