Give form, plus payment, cash or check to Max in an envelope with your name on it. Orders will be ready within one month from final due date for orders. For winter 2009/2010 the order cut-off is Feb 21 and you should get your shirt by March 21.

295-305-315 on the deadlifts, which felt better than they have ever felt.
74 pull-ups RX is what i believe the number was. muscle failure was a much larger factor than the burpees/push-ups
225-275-300(x1)+275(x4)
66 pullups. subbed box jumps (24"+45# bumper). shoulder is starting to feel it on those pullups. had to be slow and methodical. getting a bit worried.
