I think that is my deadlift PR--hate it when I get smoked by a toddler.

45# weighted strict pull-ups 8-8-8

155x3-165x3-175x3-175x2-185x2 for the cleans

just did clean because i was having some shoulder issues.

vest was giving me serious problems and i ended up losing 5 pounds for the last run.

CrossFit Football WOD (can't do cleans) for rehab

115-125-125-135-145 Shoulder vastly improved, I can do everything except kipping pull-ups, (the drop is still pretty painful)I feel I am recovered enough to hurt myself again, don't tell Gita!
