Turkish Get-Up 5-3-3-1-1-1-1
Use Kettlebell, Dumbbell or Barbell (hardest). increase weight each time.

Old-School Style;
30 Squat Snatch for time 135/95
Barbell starts on the ground and goes overhead without touching the shoulders. Hip crease must pass below the top of the kneecap with the barbell held locked out overhead.

Yes, son, any time I catch you using foul language you will perform 30 275lb. deadlifts. I find this works much better than washing the mouth out with soap and is far more photogenic.
Couldn't do the TGU due to knee issues.
Did 30 (poor) power snatches @ 35# in 15:34.
Couldn't quite figure out how to catch the bar with straight arms.
Bleah.

Failed on the Green one ... I forget what pood that is ... and since I turn into a dumb jock at the gym, it will be a long time before I remember.

... it hurts my pride to write the time and the weight but this was a good workout as my snatch confidence is up for the first time in a long time.
