23:06RX even though the workout sounded terrible on paper, in practice it was even worse. I don't think my new strategy of one workout every 2 weeks is working out. back to the drawing board

40:32 scaled wormy pushups

33.00
scaled the push-press to the green KB (.75?). Didn't complete the run in the rain. Super lame, I know.

35:23, scaled: jumping pullups, 0.75p push presses, knee pushups
