WOD @ BIW 100303 5pm and 6pm:
In 20 minutes, perform as many rounds as possible of:
10 push-ups
20 kettlebell swings (2p/1.5p)
30 sit-ups

Starting to realize i have no idea how to properly swing a KB which probably hurt my performance.
worked up to a 385 1 rep deadlift which is a pr afterward.
did some weighted sled pulls with raph and dave in the parking lot afterward which were crazy hard. those two are insanely strong
Scaled to 20kg: 4 rounds + 20 swings
I don't think I have swung a 20kg kb very much yet and it's still pretty heavy for me, so this was good practice.

+last round incomplete@9 situps
5 rounds + 7 kettle bell swings. Rx
5 rds 21 situps. I am very slow at situps something to work on.
