Run One Mile
50 Kettlebell Swings 2.0/1.5P
50 Burpees

In remaining time:

Max rounds of "Cindy"

5 Pull-Up
10 Push-Up
15 Squats

Score is number of rounds of "Cindy".

3 rounds 8 push-ups Good workout, after a week off I was hoping to slide through something a little easier, no such luck

Subbed a probably way to fast 7:20 row for the run which could have been a big mistake. I was able to fully recover from the row, so the rest of the workout was tough

6 rounds + 5 pullups Rx
