3 rounds 8 push-ups Good workout, after a week off I was hoping to slide through something a little easier, no such luck
10 rounds on the dot RX
Subbed a probably way to fast 7:20 row for the run which could have been a big mistake. I was able to fully recover from the row, so the rest of the workout was tough
6 rounds + 5 pullups Rx
9 rounds + 5 pullups
