1st time figuring out my 20rm BS. 135x20, then 155x20
press 1rm 145, max press 87x10 then pushpress x5

Did 1RM Press on a Free Day

120-125-135(PR)-140(Fail)-140(Fail)

I thought 135 was an old PR but I checked my notebook and that PR was 125.
