Max,,,,when are the t shirts scheduled to arrive??
Order is in - possibly this week.
5:57RX first couple of rounds were really easy and then it started to get a little tough. never reached muscle failure but my lungs abandoned me
12:49 or :59, I feel like it should've been more difficult. maybe I skipped a round?
On the video, 525# DL, that's close to double what I did yesterday(265#). Holy shit.
10:48Rx
I'm not sure if it felt fairly difficult because I haven't quite recovered from a double workout yesterday or if it's just hard. Perhaps both.
5:30ish Rx.
Forearms felt much better this time.
20:43 using 1.5 pood kettle bells + 15 box jumps @ beginning of each round
Hang Cleans and Push Jerks doubled in volume as I used one kettle bell and one arm, then switched over to the other.
This was tough but that's what my left arm gets for being wimpy (more dumb bell and kettle bell mayhem to come).
12:32 RX.
8:03 RX? didn't do the box jump part
16.25 rx
