This seriously sounds ridiculous... but i'll give it a shot.

Can't decide if this looks worse than Eva...
This looks more likely to make me puke than Eva would ;)
20:10 using 1.5p kb but 1/2 reps (did 15 of everything instead of 30 in an effort to do a half volume week). Feelin' pukey! :D
Got practice tonight, so I scaled to keep the workout under 30 min, but in an effort to not skip training entirely on these days...

I felt plenty shaky and tired after.
The best way to do this workout, is the way I'm doing it: DNS (Did Not Start)! Wish me a happy rest day, everyone. =)

I just went nice and steady ... probably took a few too many breaks but I'm satisfied with my performance.
Oh ... I almost forgot.
Max said he could do 5 rounds in 45 minutes. I think he should put on a show next rest day and let us watch him suffer for once ... I want to see if he can get it.

34:01RX (3 rounds) DNF I waffled about doing the 4th round. When the next class showed up, the decision was made for me.

I'm still having horrible flashbacks to this one.....45:?? Rx. Glad I stayed to finish, but will be paying the price tomorrow. Ouch.
