720KG/560KG from below hip to overhead, two hands, using any kettlebell
720KG/560KG from below hip to overhead left, using any kettlebell
720KG/560KG from below hip to overhead right, using any kettlebell

Replace kettlebells neatly outside of group class area.

I forgot to ask for my time, but I was last to finish. the next class was well underway.

John, 2 things... First, I think you finished in about 38-40 minutes. Secondly, that being said, it should also say on here that you did what I would say was relatively one of (if not THE most difficult version) of the workout anyone did. rather than snatching a weight you could handle easily you went up in weight so that in 6 months from now you can do that same workout in 20 minutes... which was absolutely the right decision! good job, man, those were heavy weights you were moving around out there today.

16:11 cuz I used a green KB for my weak left arm snatches. Next time, red and black KBs only in my workouts.

Bill Coached Matthew, really tough, I have alot more sympathy for Max now.

20:54rx w/1.5 pood

26:44 with 1.5 pood swings and 1 pood snatchs.

18:45 (1P for all KB movements)
Mother's day breakfast slowed me down on the burpees.
