Sorry if this is a dumb question, but here goes...
Are we starting with a run or waiting until the fourth minute? If it's the latter... that's my kind of met-con!
6:15 sc - used 2 36KG kettle bells
first round: 1:30 run, 35 reps
second round: 1:40 run, 10 reps
10:20... not happy w/ my performance and very happy with Brian finishing in two rounds though proving my theory worked on him... dl's per round 27, 14, 4. Should have just finished in two rounds. now I need to do this workout again soon to do it in two rounds which I don't want to do!!
15:50 Rx
Wow, that was...painfully awesome.
I just realized that I had an epic math fail. I somehow though that 25 and 15 equaled 45. It does not. Which means that I didn't complete the workout. If I had gone into the second round thinking that I needed to complete 20 instead of 15 I should still have been able to do it in two rounds.
Need to work on my math skills while winded.
11:47 Rx
3 rounds (20-13-12)
10:38RX (21-17-7)
I went in with a plan: 21-15-9. Max, however, was not privy to my plan (or just didn't care) and yelled at me to push harder in the second round. I think two rounds is just possible for this, but man would it suck.
18:53 RX: 5 rounds; substituted 500m row for 400m run (about 2 min's per 500m), 15, 9, 7, 9, 5.
