As many rounds as needed to complete 55 reps of each exercise:

Max rep in one minute hang clean 115/75
Max rep in one minute push-jerk 115/75
Max rep in one minute front squat 115/75

30 minute limit.

Interesting WOD ... never done one quite like this in my nearly 2 years of CrossFitting.

This is like FGB on crack!

28:17, 10 rounds, scaled to 45#; must work on form.

29:12 scaled to 95#.

6 rounds.

Perhaps I could have done it in 5 if I aimed for 11 reps on every minute.

6 rounds at 16:48RX. I tried to go hell-bent for leather out of the gate, which turned out to be a mistake - it would be pretty easy to get 5 rounds by doing 11 of each exercise each time.

To get four rounds, perhaps

might work. I suspect this would take a mighty effort of will and few tries to get but it should be doable by a decent CrossFitter.

6 rounds - Push Jerk killed me

9 rounds + 1 push-jerk RX

My 1RM push-jerk was 80# back in late March...

5 rounds, 14:31... max, that was my rep scheme exactly on hang cleans. I think you need to shoot for 15, 15, 15, 10 atleast as the goal to make it in 4 rounds. front squats were taking longer than anticipated for me.

10 rounds (9 rounds + 10 front squats) RX. This workout makes me want to quit crossfit.

Nice work toughing it out - DNF RX is often superior to finishing scaled. I have DNF'd a couple of time-limited WODs and have found it to be a useful in both motivating me to improve and pointing out my weaknesses.

Scaled to 45# - 17:03 - 6 rounds. Also subbed 2x Deadlifts for the squats because I was having some knee issues. Probably should have gone with at least 50#, but even at 45# this was still a burner of a workout.

Unpleasant.
