focused on form. I tore my hand on the last set and on Max's insistence, finished off with Towel C2B...which felt way easier than bar c2b. I think i could have taken at least 5 minutes off my time with the towel. The hand placement definitely allows for better scapula opening.

fun workout. Followed with Foam rolling, scapula mobility work, and ice therapy for my shoulder.

Both of these movements are weaknesses for me ... I need to go back to basics with my kipping pull-ups (and refine my technique) or learn butterfly pull-ups.

I continue to improve my push-upping ability.

24:09 and I didn't do C2B on the first set of 25 pull ups.

Why John, why did you not do C2B??

Really need to work on stringing together consecutive pullups, would make life much easier.

16:04rx on Sunday at BIW... that was a tough one and I am expecting soreness :)

DNFL (I think the L stands for listened to her hands which were ripped to shreds) but if I had finished it would have been way over 30 minutes
