Active recovery feels really, really good. I recommend it to anyone who might be feeling a little burned-out but who still wants to stay on the 3-on-1-off schedule.

I will attempt the RX workout on Saturday as WOD #2. I think I have sub 10 in me. It will come down to the pull ups.
