All these photos of the girls look like they had the same bad nightmare.

Max, you done made her look like she's seen a ghost while becoming a zombie.

makes me want to cry, scream, laugh and do more deadlifts all at once

15:13 Rx++ (Ring Pull-Ups, Ring Dips) ... I suck at ring dips, which is why I chose to do them.

11:59RX subbed 1000m, 500m and 250m rows for the runs

5:24 with half-reps/half-distance (11-8-5)

Active recovery feels really, really good. I recommend it to anyone who might be feeling a little burned-out but who still wants to stay on the 3-on-1-off schedule.

13:03 RX ++ (C2b pull ups, ring dips)

I will attempt the RX workout on Saturday as WOD #2. I think I have sub 10 in me. It will come down to the pull ups.
