What's "Franny?"
Is that like Fran for grandmas? If so, I'll start hobbling over.
for some odd reason, my hands and lats are sore today.
I did my RM Max presses today because we are going to be gone tomorrow:
87(PR)-90(PR and tied for 3rd place CFEB record)-91(fail)-91(fail).
Added 5 pounds to my previous PR.
Tore open my hand again, but 2:47 for franny.
2:07 for franny then I messed around with some weighted muscle up trys and rowed a 1:29 500m. Fyi I just booted a ball at ss to lose my softball game, so I'm gonna drink my whole life away at this little crappy dive bar
4:50 for franny, tried to do it with regular pull ups. then did the 5 rounds of 10-20# wall balls and 10 push ups.
