I would like to try to clean a baby hanging onto barbell.
I don't have direct experience, but I suspect cleaning babies is difficult (and smelly) enough without trying to hang onto a barbell at the same time...
Ahem, I would like to clean a barbell with a baby hanging onto it.
Did WOD this morning due to date with new Twilight movie tonight...very big deal...don't judge...
practiced DUs and pullups
OHS: 15RM 5/13 - 75lbs
DL: 5 @ 205lbs
5 @ 225 lbs
5 @ 225 lbs (repeated same weight b/c of shabby form in previous set, shockingly form did not get any better in 3rd set)
Will be lifting at GWPC at about 6 if the rest of you who can't make it over to BIW are so inclined...
Whoops, wait, brought my car today, I'll be going to BIW after all.
15x70lb OHS: Failed on 15th rep. I rested a little and did 2 more reps to make up the volume.

OHS: 105x15 - this was pretty easy, I"ll bump it by more than 5 lbs next time
DL: 295x5, 335x5, 340x7
Dead Hang Pull Ups: 2x Max Reps (10, 7)
OHS@ 45. I have only done this 3 times of these so far, which is why I am so far behind. I don't guess I keep missing these.

I did this WOD at my other gym after a Muay Thai class.
2/13 ( I started over)
1st attempt OHS 11 @ 75# (supposed to be 70# but I couldn,t find 2.5# plates) lost my balance, dropped the bar and it hit my head, scary.
2nd attempt OHS 15 @ 75#
DL 5 @ 210, 240, 250#
Bench press 5 @135, 145, 155
then went to Redwood, 45 min trail run.
OHS at 0. I tried: I couldn't even do one with a 35lb bar.
DL 5@133; 5@153; 6@158
My 1RM = 185 so this was a bit over
Felt like crap - that's what I get for not showing up for two weeks.
OHS @ 125# Fail (13)
I'm going to try a narrow grip next time. The pressure on my wrists is screwing up everything else.
