Little behind on my strength sessions. I did last Saturday's DL 5x5, will probably do this workout Friday morning or afternoon.
My form last time we did DLs was atrocious even after I cut it back a little bit, so I kept my weight pretty low (~75% of max) on this one to focus on keeping my back tight.

5k row slow and steady 21:00 just working on a smooth pace
As a true testament to how much I need to work on weighted squats, I pressed more than I squated!
1) 5 RM Squats=63-70-75(x3). I did like 8 overhead squats at 75, but Ynez kept disqualifying them because she said I didn't get low enough (oh well). My max 5 rep used to be 85 about 9 months ago =( . So sad.
2) 15 Overhead squats= 15 X 15# (Close enough).
3) Presses: 75-75-70
I suck at overhead squats. I really suck at them.

5-5-5 @ 115-125-135 ... I'm going to make a big jump next time; just a bit rusty today and my wrists were wimping out.
15 @ 95 ... These felt very easy.
