Due to a 7pm A's game I'm gonna be doing "cindy" at GWPC around 3-4 if anyone wants to get an early start
Maybe I'll join you. Let me know when you'll be at the gym.
probably gonna start the workout between 4-4:30. i was thinking about bringing a 20# weight vest and doing 20-25 rounds for time

5k jog/run 32 min
Cindy C2B: 16 Rounds + 5 Pullups, 5 Pushups
15-9-6 135# Thrusters, 20# WallBS: 9:58
4 Rounds of 10 wall ball shots with each weight of wall balls (8#, 10, 14, 20), switching arms on each rep ... Not for time; only reached about 8' on 20# WBs after first round.
Can't wait to sleep.

18 + 4 pushups
11 rounds +1 pushups RX
12 rounds + 5 pullups
15 rounds plus 2 pullups with rings
some confusion as to whether it was 14 rounds (my guess) or more like 17/18 rounds (shaul and raf watching on). Either way, I was sucking wind the whole time, and my hip killing me definitely slowed me down. :(

10 + 5 pull ups (Did jumping pulls after trying miserably for 3+ rounds doing the full pulls)
13 + 3 squats Rx C2B
16+10 push ups RX. C2B made it more much harder than anticipated. Raph met me early and we paced each other which helped quite a bit. I feel over trained, good time for a rest day
