congrats to brian on becoming a certified crossfit trainer this weekend

I joined my CF peeps back in Texas (in spirit) by doing CrossFit Total today.

Back Squat 235# (PR), 240#FAIL, 238#FAIL

Press @ 137# (PR), 140#FAIL, 138#FAIL

Deadlift @ 385# (PR), 390#FAIL, 387#FAIL

I was hoping for a score of 800 but I didn't quite get there today. CF TOTAL = 757 (PR by 107 pounds)


When I clean up my deadlift (I've been working on this) and get used to/familiar with heavier weight on back squats, I think I'll reach 800 easy, hopefully before the end of the year.

OHS 15RM - 130 - pass 4/13

Tested 1RMs over the last few days in preparation for 5/3/1:

Press - 165
Bench - 235
Squat - 275
Dead - 385

I'm a catch you in a year, year and a half, Max.

Hard to catch a moving target.

I'm a catch the you of June 14, 2010 on press and squats ... Deadlift is up for grabs.

OHS 15RM: 85

DL: 390-405-416 (PR)

OHS 85# fail(I got 10), attempt #2 fail( I got 12). I make it to 10 easy then my wrists start killin' me. I guess less weight?
DL 255, 265, 275 fail, 275 fail, then gave up.Missed some of the DL progression,and it shows.

OHS: 15x25#
DL: 175-185-195(F)-190(F)
I have not recovered from Friday's DL workout.

OHS: 15X25# have uneven arms on these. bending my right wrist, but not my left.
DL: 160-165-170-180(PR! although Daniel gave me a C for form at best)- 185(failed)
Next time I'll start a little higher and not make the big jump from 170 to 180
