I did the presses today because we'll be out of town this weekend:
80-87(PR)-90(PR)-91(f)-91(f). 90 was a 5 pound improvement over my last PR. =) I wanted to do better, but not bad for having a bum shoulder.
Hey do you guys know if there's a WOD at 7pm today (Friday)? I'm guessing there's more workouts than posted on the schedule, right? Is there a 5pm or 7pm on Tuesday too?

unfortunately there is only the one 6pm class on Fridays and Tuesdays.

OHS 15 RM w/ 85#. Press 110, 115, 120, 125, 130#. Then I attempted 135# but failed. 125# was my previous 1 RM.
145-155-160-165f for the press. slightly annoying because i pressed 165 a few weeks ago and i thought the point of this cycle was to go up in weight
5x5 weighted pull ups @ 45#-45#-55#-55#-65#
5k row 19:35, was gonna row 10k but my butt fell asleep. I need a pillow or something for these long rows
