- Make up a missed WOD
- Work on a skill
- Break a record
Beginners
Three rounds for time:
Run 400m
25 Burpees
Advanced/Intermediate/Regulars:
Split Jerk 3-3-3-3-3
Work at 60% of your 1RM, focus on getting a deep, solid split.
Post impressions to comments.
Otherwise work on a skill, or make up a workout, as above.

having to come to a near dead stop at the 200m mark just killed my speed on the back end of every lap.
Split Jerks 5x3 @ 65#, 95#, 95#, 95#, 105#
Failed everything I tried. Ende up working on my cleans with Daniel and RAF coaching me
Cleans:
160# pr.
165 failed.
