400 Meters Farmers walk 2P+1.5P/1.5P+1.0P
Each time the kettlebells touch the ground, perform:
- 15 Swings 2.0/1.5P
-10 Burpees
5 Snatch left 1.5P/1.0P
5 Snatch right 1.5P/1.0P

Last time we ran around the block with objects I did a farmers carry. It was not fun.
Sounds fun. Be there at noon.
11AM at GWPC:
DL:
3 x 152lbs
3 x 162lbs
7 x 171lbs (90% of old 1RM!)
1PM at BIW:
Metcon 22-something (I put the kbs down 3x). Oddly, my arms are pretty tired now ;)
1) KB farmers carry metcon - 11:45ish (it was something like this but I forgot to write down the exact time)
2) 4.5 basketball court/parking lot length farmers carries, 180# each hand
24:41, scaled
This is a half volume week for me so...
200m KB Farmer Walk (2+1.5p) which I did w/o dropping the KB's in 5:30 minutes'ish.
