I suppose it's a tribute to the mental exhaustion this caused that it didn't even occur to me to scale Diane down to piking pushups.

By the numbers (I love this part): 45 thrusters @95#, 85 pull ups, 76 push ups, 105 air squats.
Fran- 14:26 rx (the only record I could find of having done this was from late march and my time was 17:30)
DNF (6 rounds) I got 12 rounds of Cindy the last two times, this was pretty effin' slow.

Didn't finish last 9 deadlifts and hspus, my shoulders were a real disappointment, just couldn't keep up. Had fun though.
Fran 6:44RX. PR by 2 mins. I sure hope I counted right. So excited.
Cindy was a different story. 7 rounds + 8 push ups

DNF'd the Fran with 11 pullups into the 15 set. Rx weight for thrusters, scaled the pullups (most were forehead to bar).
I strained my shoulder doing this, which I didn't realize until the shooting pain started the next morning. Need to watch how much I lift and not overdo it, especially when couples with improper pullups! Have to modify workouts for the next 2 weeks to not use my left shoulder.
