OHS 15RM 11/13
If you have not done this before take your best guess at a 15RM and perform it.
Press
3 reps @ 80% of 1RM
3 reps @ 85% of 1RM
3 reps or more @ 90% of 1RM
- If you do not know your 1RM, work up to it instead.

23:27 - Did all the rounds of pullups unbroken, that was definitely an accomplishment. The ring dips...took some time.

30 min. trail run, Oakland hills. Huckleberry gate to Pinehurst Rd. and back. felt weak and kinda light headed.

For the second straight day I convinced brandon to overtrain with me

ring dips: 2x15
pull ups: 1.5pood (53#) x5, 2 pood (70#) x2, 2.5pood (88#) x1

Press - 115, 120, 135x3. I originally thought my 1RM was 135. Guess not.....hrmmmm

also incorporating a lot more GHD work into warmups and at the end of wods seems to be helping with midline stabilization on more precarious lifts
